Install speed cushions in multiple locations on Markbreit between Edwards and Madison. There is constant high speed traffic every day that is significantly over the speed limit. At times we've seen vehicles traveling 80-100 mph down the road and vehicles racing each other down a street with parked cars on both sides of the road.
