Mr. Tidd,


At the Oakley Community Council (OCC) meeting held on Tuesday, August 7, 2018, Bryan Finn presented a proposed addition to his house on the subject property as part of a kitchen remodel, which requires a variance to the subject property’s setback requirement by less than three feet.  Along with his proposal, Mr. Finn also offered to written consent of each of his abutting neighbors.


A motion was made to provide a letter of support on behalf of Mr. Finn to the City of Cincinnati Zoning Administration Department, contingent on the presentation of the written approval of each of his abutting neighbors.  The motion passed uanimously. 

By this letter, the OCC Board hereby states its support in favor of Brian Finn’s request for a variance of less than three feet to the setback requirement for his house at 3847 Drakewood Drive for the purpose of remodeling the house’s kitchen, contingent on Mr. Finn’s presentation to the City of written consent by each of his property’s abutting neighbors.
