- o   MOTION=  Motion to support RP McMurphys request for zoning relief to allow 2 Conditional Uses related to outdoor area as detailed in Cincinnati municipal code Section 1419-21 (e & g) with the following conditions:
- o   Amplified sound played through speakers only be permitted between 10 AM and midnight on Friday and Saturday at 10 AM and 10 PM on all other days
- o   The outdoor area may be open no later than midnight Sunday through Thursday and 2 AM Friday and Saturday
