Approve May 4th Meeting Minutes

Guests:

• ·         Oakley Housing Inventory Update – Kira Palmer
• o   Update on project scope, design
• o   Uses Census tracts/SNA boundaries; not community council boundaries
• o   Looking to adjust the groupings of AMI breakout, to be more consistent with HUD reporting.
• o   Will have final report to present at July Meeting

Discussion:

• ·         2021 Events – Colleen Reynolds
• o   Joe shared initial survey results
• o   Restrictions getting lifted 2 June
• o   Dan – put in 4/5 events for special events insurance coverage
• o   Colleen will work with Jon before next meeting on options
