- o   Looking to build 9 units on former Yat Ka Mein restaurant site

- ·         Oakley Station Potential Project – Troy McAndrews

- o   Gauge interest in building with ice rinks in Oakley Station), use TIF $$ ?, non-profit?

- o   Discussion f what OCC role is/should be on such requests (zoning variances for residential improvements)
- o   Getting OCC approval allows homeowners to expedite process
