• o   Needs variance to allow pick-up window on side vs. in rear.
• o   Discussion about traffic issue on Ridge
• §  DOTE will require center turn lane in front of development, with turn lanes at Alamo and Ibsen

• §  “Motion to provide letter of support to approve a pick-up window to be located on the side of the building instead of the rear of the building, as required in section 1409-13 of the Cincinnati Zoning Code.”
