Real Estate Development:

  • ·         3136 Madison Proposed dental office – Dr. Blomer (Hyde Park Pediatric Dentistry), Bill Baker (MSA Architects)
  • o   Project introduction – current parking lot site between Oakley Glass and Baba India

  • o   Our Neighborhood Statistical Assumption (NSA) are expanded in 2020 – Tract 54 was merged with tract 108 (formerly Madisonville) to create new 276 tract.
